Michelle Harris

Michelle Harris has extensive experience in payroll and benefits management, currently serving as a Senior Payroll and Benefits Manager at CVC Capital Partners since May 2016, after previously holding the role of Payroll and Benefits Officer. Prior to this, Michelle worked at Parabis Group as a Reward Adviser from October 2003 to May 2016 and began at Citi in August 1990 as a Benefits Assistant until September 2003. Educational achievements include a Certificate in Personnel Practice in Human Resources Management from Bromley College, a Private Secretary's Certificate from Harrow College of Higher Education, and a high school diploma from Gumley House Convent School.
