Tejeshwar Gill

Tejeshwar Gill currently serves as an Investment Director at CVC since August 2025. Previously, Tejeshwar held the position of Senior Associate at The Carlyle Group from 2021 to August 2025 and worked as an Associate in the same firm. Prior to that, Tejeshwar was an Associate at Advent International from 2018 to 2021. Tejeshwar began a career at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where roles included Senior Associate and Associate from 2015 to 2018. Tejeshwar's early experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT)/University of Karlsruhe in 2013. Tejeshwar holds a dual degree (B.Tech + M.Tech) in Biotechnology & Biochemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur and attended Yadavindra Public School.
