Vivian Lau

Vivian Lau serves as a Portfolio Management Operations Specialist (Analytics & Data Science) at CVC Capital Partners since March 2022, focusing on enhancing strategic and operational value at portfolio companies through business performance initiatives. Prior to this role, Vivian worked at PwC Singapore from July 2017 to March 2022 as a Deals Manager in Financial Due Diligence, specializing in cross-border transactions within the FMCG, manufacturing, retail, and healthcare sectors, and developed an analytics framework for the Deals Data Analytics Team. Additionally, Vivian held the position of Senior Associate in Deals Innovation & Technology at PwC, contributing to financial due diligence projects for private equity and Fortune 500 clients, and engaging in research on automation and statistical models in M&A. Vivian holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business, with a double major in Finance and Analytics from Singapore Management University, and graduated with honours from NUS High School of Mathematics & Science.
