Ronan O'Rahilly

Ronan O'Rahilly, CFA, is an experienced finance professional specializing in mergers and acquisitions and corporate development. Currently serving as Director of Corporate Development at CVH Spirits since May 2023, Ronan oversees the strategic direction of the international premium spirits business. Previously, Ronan worked at Distell from May 2015 to April 2023, focusing on executing M&A, joint ventures, and corporate strategy initiatives across Africa and emerging markets. Prior experience includes roles at KPMG in both South Africa and Singapore, where Ronan handled M&A transactions across Sub-Saharan Africa and Southeast Asia. Early career experience includes an investment banking internship at Standard Bank Group. Ronan holds a B.Bus.Sci (Hons) in Statistics and Finance from the University of Cape Town and a Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
