Kristina Stepps

Kristina Stepps has worked at the Community Violence Intervention Center since 2016, starting as a Personnel & Business Administrator and currently serving as the Director of Human Resources. Prior to that, they worked at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale for over two decades, holding the position of Associate Athletic Director.

Kristina Stepps completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University in 1993. Kristina further pursued their education and obtained a Master of Arts degree in Sport Administration from the same institution in 1995.
