John M. Kronstain

John M. Kronstain has extensive experience in educational leadership and music education. Currently serving as an Assistant Principal at Charlottesville City Schools, John has held roles at both Johnson Elementary School and Buford Middle School, along with a position as Lead School Counselor at Walker Upper Elementary School. John was previously Vice Chair of the Board of Directors at Region Ten CSB and worked as Coordinator of Youth Ministry for the Catholic Diocese of Richmond. Earlier career roles include Music Teacher at Fluvanna County Public Schools and Peninsula Catholic High School, where responsibilities included teaching various music courses and leading campus music ministry efforts. John also has background in show production as a Supervisor and Band Captain at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment. Academic qualifications include a Master of Education in Counselor Education from the University of Virginia and a Post-Master’s Certificate in Educational Leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University.
