Felicia Ramos

Ms. Ramos is a public housing professional who possesses more than two decades of affordable housing management experience.

She serves as the Executive Director for CVR's engagement with the New York State Division of Homes & Community Renewal to administer the HCV Program in Westchester County and the NYC boroughs. In this capacity, she is responsible for all fiscal activities, inspections, owner services, quality control, and special programs for approximately 9,000 vouchers.

Ms. Ramos previously served as the Deputy Director of Compliance and Reporting for CVR's engagement with the Chicago Housing Authority's HCV program. Prior to joining CVR, Ms. Ramos served as the HCV Director for the Charlotte Housing Authority in North Carolina, and the HCV Senior Director at PathStone, Inc. in New York State.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in New York, and has numerous certifications in affordable housing, HCV program operations, inspections and executive management.
