Markisha Lattimore M.a.ed.

Markisha Lattimore, M.A.Ed. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Markisha currently works as an Associate VP at CVR Associates, where they assist with managing affordable housing projects nationwide. Markisha has also served as the Vice President of Vet2Vet Housing, INC, where they played a key role in restructuring the organization and implementing successful fundraising campaigns. Markisha has worked at the Georgia Department of Community Affairs in multiple positions, including HUD Compliance Specialist and Program Consultant. In these roles, they were responsible for administering and monitoring housing programs and providing training and support to counseling agencies. Additionally, Markisha has experience as the COO of City Creationz, a photography and graphics company, and has held positions at D&E, The Power Group, Associated Estates Realty Corp, and Williams Investment Group, LLC. Throughout their career, Markisha has demonstrated strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Markisha Lattimore, M.A.Ed., has a comprehensive education history. Markisha obtained their Master's Degree in Adult Education and Training (Instructional Technology) from the University of Phoenix in 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Integrated Studies at Kennesaw State University in 2016. Their high school education was completed at Louisville High School, where they received a Diploma (Honors) from 1992 to 1996. During their time at Clark Atlanta University from 1996 to 1998, they pursued a Biology/Biological Sciences degree before transferring to Kennesaw State University.

In addition to their formal education, Markisha has also obtained various certifications to enhance their skills in the education field. These certifications include Managing Project Stakeholders, Gamification of Learning, Learning Program Management, Working with Difficult People, Creating Fun and Engaging Video Training: The Why, and Tips for Learner Engagement. These certifications were obtained through LinkedIn in 2022.

Currently, Markisha Lattimore is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Education and Training at Northcentral University, which they began in 2020 and is expected to complete in 2023.
