Mike Eddins

Mr. Eddins has 15 years of affordable housing experience in HUD programs such as Housing Choice Voucher (HCV), Public Housing, Continuum of Care, and HOME.

His specific areas of expertise include HCV Utilization, Analysis and Operations, Project Based Vouchers, Family Unification Program, VASH, Quality Control, SEMAP, Community Engagement, and Wait List Management.

He currently serves as a technical assistance advisor for the Newark Housing Authority and is both a project manager and trainer for various HCV, Post-RAD Operations, Relocation, Asset Repositioning, and Software Implementation engagements.

Previously, Mr. Eddins served as the Director of Business and Director of Operations for the Housing Authority of DeKalb County and worked in a variety of management capacities at the Akron Metropolitan Housing Authority.

Mr. Eddins has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Kent State University, where he majored in Finance.
