Chuck Mendenhall

Chuck Mendenhall is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in maintenance and reliability management within the energy sector. Currently serving as Maintenance Superintendent at CVR Energy, Inc. since February 2021, Chuck previously held various positions at Dyno Nobel, including CHWY Reliability Manager, where responsibilities encompassed site Reliability Engineering, Process Safety Management, and compliance with standards for mechanical integrity and safety. Chuck's earlier roles include supervising mechanical engineers at Salt River Project for a 2,250 MW coal-fired power plant and maintaining critical systems as a Senior Mechanical Engineer. Chuck’s early career features roles at Western Industries, Siemens-Westinghouse, and Bechtel Power Corporation. Chuck holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Montana State University-Bozeman and has additional education from Montana Technological University.
