Mary Clare Parker

Mary Clare Parker, CPA, has extensive experience in accounting, particularly within external reporting and technical accounting. Currently serving as a Senior Accountant at CVR Energy, Inc. since January 2018, Mary Clare has held multiple roles including Supervisor of Revenue Accounting and Lead Accountant for Corporate Reporting. Prior experience includes a Financial Reporting Analyst position at American Midstream Partners, LP, and various audit roles at PwC and Grant Thornton LLP, where significant responsibilities included leading fieldwork for audits and guiding associates. Mary Clare holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting, both from Trinity University.
