Sal Adame

Sal Adame is a seasoned safety professional with extensive experience in various industries. Currently serving as a Safety Professional at CVR Energy, Inc. since June 2022, Sal has contributed to crude transportation safety. Previously, Sal held the position of EHS&S Manager at CP Kelco from April 2021 to June 2022, and Safety Superintendent at CF Industries from September 2015 to February 2020, where involvement included managing a VPP site at a nitrogen complex. Sal's career began as an EHS Manager at Acme Foundry, Inc., focusing on safety in grey iron foundry and machine shop operations from October 1996 to October 2011. Sal holds a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety & Health with a concentration in Fire Science from Columbia Southern University, earned between 2009 and 2011, and an Associate’s Degree from Coffeyville Community College from 1996 to 1997.
