Tonya Kelley

Tonya Kelley is a seasoned benefits specialist with extensive experience in human resources and benefits administration. Currently serving as a Senior Benefits Specialist at CVR Energy, Inc. since October 2019, Tonya previously held various roles at National Oilwell Varco from 2008 to 2019, including Senior Benefits Analyst, Benefits Analyst, and Benefits Specialist. Tonya's earlier experience includes positions as an HRSC Systems Specialist at CITGO Petroleum and a Benefits Specialist at Stone Partners HR Consulting. Tonya began a career in HR at Mercer HR Consulting, progressing from a Participant Service Representative to a Tier 2 Service Representative.
