Michael Taday serves as the Senior Vice President of Member and Clinical Operations at CVS Caremark since April 2025. Prior to this role, Taday was the Senior Vice President of Operations at Aetna, overseeing medical and dental benefit plan services for over 35 million members. Taday's extensive experience includes senior positions at Humana, where responsibilities ranged from leading pharmacy operations to managing clinical strategies and the overall pharmacy practice. Early roles included supervising mail order pharmacy operations at Express Scripts and serving as Pharmacist-in-Charge at CVS Health. Taday holds a PharmD from the University of Maryland Baltimore and an MBA in Organizational Management and Marketing from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business.
