Rachael Vrooman

Rachael Vrooman (Uitz) has extensive experience in financial strategy and operations within the healthcare industry. Currently serving as Director of Reconciliation and Financial Strategy at CVS/Caremark since October 2020, Vrooman also holds an advisory role in Pharma Pricing and Contracting at MedVector Clinical Trials. Previous positions include Director of PBM Operations at PinnacleRx Solutions, Director of Brand and Specialty Commercialization as well as Director of Provider Network Financial Services at AmerisourceBergen, and Director of Medical Economics at Apria Healthcare. Vrooman's career began with roles at OptumRx, Caterpillar Inc., and The Mark Travel Corporation, where expertise in pricing and financial analysis was developed. Vrooman earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin from 2000 to 2004.
