Caitlin Meadows

Caitlin Meadows, PhD, is the Director of Data Science at Ascend Innovations, where responsibilities include managing the data science department to address complex community health issues in collaboration with clients. Prior experience includes roles as Data Science Manager and Data Scientist at the University of Chicago's Geophysical Sciences department, where Caitlin conducted literature reviews, data collection, and developed teaching tools. Caitlin's background also includes a position as a Student Assistant with Women in Science and Engineering at the University of Michigan, and an NSF REU Internship at Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory, where experimental design and outreach efforts were key components. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. and an MS in Geophysical Sciences from the University of Chicago, along with a BASc in Earth and Environmental Sciences from the University of Michigan.
