Carmen Heredia Rodriguez

Carmen Heredia Rodriguez, MPH, serves as the Senior Manager for Women's Health & Genomics in Strategic Engagement Project Management at CVS Health since August 2025. Prior to this role, Carmen held the position of Chief of Staff at Rock Health from March 2024 to August 2025 and worked as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte between September 2022 and March 2024. Carmen's academic foundation includes a Master of Public Health from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Indiana University Bloomington. Carmen has extensive experience in health-related reporting, having written over 70 articles for notable media outlets during a tenure at Kaiser Health News. Additionally, Carmen has contributed to research projects focused on gender scales and reproductive health access for Latinas.
