Charles Andrew

Charles (Chuck) Andrew has extensive leadership experience spanning over three decades in various prominent organizations. Currently serving as a Leader at CVS Health since May 2022, Chuck is focused on Organization Design across the enterprise. Prior to this role, Chuck was a Partner at The Clarion Group from March 2005 to June 2022, and held significant positions such as Vice President at Capgemini (Capgemini Ernst & Young) from 2000 to 2005, Partner at Ernst & Young from 1995 to 2000, and Manager at Accenture (Andersen Consulting) from 1989 to 1995. Chuck holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Biotechnology from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MBA in Finance from Northeastern University.
