Chasity Roberts

Chasity Roberts is an experienced legal professional with extensive expertise in corporate law. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at CVS Health since October 2021, Chasity has previously held the position of Associate General Counsel at UnitedHealth Group from March 2017 to October 2021. Prior to that, Chasity worked as a Senior Associate at Shipman & Goodwin LLP, focusing on Business & Finance and Corporate Trust practice areas, providing counsel on secured and unsecured financing transactions. Chasity began the legal career as a Legal Associate at The Simon Konover Company. Chasity holds a J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and a B.A. in Public Policy Analysis from Duke University.
