Grace Rowan, Pharm.D, MBA, has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, currently serving as Lead Director at CVS Health since October 2014. In this role, Grace leads multi-disciplinary teams focused on strategic and business optimization across various domains, including client financial analysis, retail operations, and optical innovation. Grace has a strong background in compliance, operationalizing pricing strategies, and program management for high-impact initiatives. Prior to CVS Health, Grace held multiple leadership positions at Walgreens, enhancing pharmacy operations and training standards across districts. Grace is also an alumna of the Women Unlimited, Inc. LEAD Program and is licensed in New Hampshire, Washington, and Illinois.
