Hayden Ufberg

Hayden Ufberg is a Bachelor of Engineering candidate in Computer Science Engineering at Northwestern University, with anticipated graduation in 2024. Currently serving as a Digital Health Intern at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago, Hayden focuses on enhancing patient and parent experiences with the hospital's digital services, particularly MyChart. In addition, Hayden is a Software Engineering Intern at Oliver Healthcare Packaging, contributing to Project Fusion, which aims to streamline processes following a factory acquisition. Previous experience includes an Engineering Internship at Design Science Group, LLC, where human factors research and usability testing were primary responsibilities, and a research project at Harvard Medical School centered on developing a smartphone application for estimating blood count. Hayden's diverse background is complemented by camp counseling roles at Pinemere Camp, where leadership and sports instruction were key elements.
