Jacqueline Ouifak

Jacqueline Ouifak is an accomplished professional in user experience and product design, currently serving as Executive Director of Product Design and Research at CVS Health since January 2018. With a progressive career path that includes roles such as Director and Senior Manager of UX Product Design at CVS Health, and Manager of User Experience Design and Research at Humana, Jacqueline has developed extensive expertise in user-centered design methods. Previous experience includes staff positions at Siemens Medical Solutions, Allstate, DePaul University, Northwest Community Healthcare, and the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife. Jacqueline holds a Master of Science in Human-Computer Interaction from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Environmental Studies from The Evergreen State College.
