Kim Sciascia

Kim Sciascia is an experienced executive with a strong background in strategic advisory, business development, and financial management. Currently serving as Executive Director for Initiative Execution at CVS Health since November 2020, Kim previously held executive roles at Aetna, where responsibilities included business planning and performance management. Prior experience includes a Vice President role at Healthfirst and various leadership positions at Aetna, ranging from operational planning to finance transformation. Kim's career began at Travelers as a Financial Consultant, followed by a tenure as Head Basketball Coach at the University of Saint Joseph. Kim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics and Business Law from Temple University and a Master's Degree in Management from the University of Saint Joseph.
