Kristen Erban

Kristen Erban, MSIS, PMP, currently serves as Executive Director of TA Operations and Recruitment Brand Marketing at CVS Health, a role held since October 2006, where responsibilities include defining and executing recruiting strategies with a $35M annual budget and overseeing a global team of 30 full-time and 13 contract resources. Kristen has successfully crafted innovative solutions that result in over 61,000 permanent and 29,000 contract placements each year. Previously, Kristen held various positions at FMGlobal, including Director of Enterprise IT Shared Services, Organizational Development Project Manager, and Senior Enterprise Process Optimization Manager, as well as serving as Senior Systems Analyst at American Power Conversion from 1996 to 2001. Kristen earned a Bachelor of Science in Management from Providence College and a Master's degree in Management and Information Systems from Bryant University.
