Lauren Hoey is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Executive Director, HR Business Partner at CVS Health since January 2025, Lauren previously held roles including VP and Sr. Director of HR Business Partner at Signify Health and Sr. Director of HR Business Partner at Ampersand. Additional experience includes positions at Telaria as Director of People Operations and at Nielsen as Director and Senior HR Business Partner.
