Penny Socha

Penny Socha is an experienced leader in operations and technology within the healthcare sector, currently serving as Director of MCR MSO Claims - Technology and Analytics at Aetna, a CVS Health Company, since December 2021. In this role, Penny oversees the Technology and Analytics team for the Medicare Claims organization, focusing on strategic claims dashboards, workforce optimization, and automation tools. Previously, Penny held various senior management positions at CVS Health and Aetna, including the development and implementation of kidney health products and leading multi-functional projects within the Government Services Medicare Organization. Additional experience includes change management and training roles at United Technologies, Hamilton Sundstrand, and Sikorsky Aerospace Services. Penny holds a Master’s degree in Management from the University of Phoenix and a Project Management certificate from Boston University.
