Pete Hatzisavas

Pete Hatzisavas is an experienced technology leader with a career spanning over three decades, currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at CVS Health since August 2013. In this role, Pete leads digital specialty and interoperability teams, focusing on enhancing patient and provider portal experiences. Previously, as Senior Manager of Development at CVS Health, Pete successfully transitioned the team from a waterfall to an agile development approach. Prior roles include Development Manager at Sears Holdings Corporation, IT Director at Thorek Memorial Hospital, and various management positions at the Chicago Stock Exchange and Metamor/Xpedior, where Pete oversaw multi-million dollar projects, application support, and team leadership primarily in the healthcare sector. Pete holds a B.A. in IT and Economics from Northwestern University.
