Stephen Guarino

Stephen Guarino is a seasoned compensation and finance professional with extensive experience in compensation management and data analysis. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Compensation at CVS Health since August 2022, Stephen has previously held various leadership roles at Citizens, including Vice President and Reward Senior Analyst in Compensation/Reward Operations from October 2015 to August 2022, where strong partnerships with HR teams and enhancements to compensation tools were emphasized.
