Candace Cavalier is a Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel with extensive experience in regulatory and compliance matters within the financial services industry. She has worked in various legal roles at companies such as Axiom, Brown Brothers Harriman, and Investors Bank & Trust, specializing in investment funds and regulatory compliance. Candace also has a background in securities law from her time at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. She holds a J.D. from American University Washington College of Law, an LL.M in Banking and Financial Law from Boston University School of Law, and a B.A. in International Relations, French, and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
