Stephanie Walter

Stephanie Walter is a legal professional with extensive experience in compliance and corporate law. As of October 2023, Stephanie serves as the Chief Compliance Officer, Vice President, and Assistant General Counsel at Vestis Corporation, following its spin-off from Aramark. Prior to this role, Stephanie spent over a decade at Aramark as Associate Vice President & Assistant General Counsel, providing guidance on real estate, environmental, fleet, construction, and supplier contract issues. Earlier professional experience includes serving as an Attorney at Coleman Frost LLP, where counsel focused on environmental and real estate matters, and as Assistant General Counsel at Aramark Uniform Services. Stephanie's career began at O'Melveny & Myers, where transactional work in environmental and real estate law was emphasized. Stephanie holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A. in Political Science and German from Idaho State University.
