Carolina Serna Velásquez

Carolina Serna Velásquez worked as a Senior Account Manager at C&W Business starting in February 2011. In this role, they managed corporate accounts in Bogotá, providing telecommunications solutions and positioning the company in the education sector. Carolina also maintained and retained clients through personal monitoring.

Prior to that, Carolina worked at ETB as a Senior Sales Account Manager from January 2002 to October 2010. Carolina managed commercial areas in Pereira Risaralda, Cartago, Armenia, and Pereira. In 2004, they attended the Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira and completed a Diplomado en Redes y Telecomunicaciones, focusing on Telecomunicaciones.
