Silvia Juliana Guerra Briceño

Silvia Juliana Guerra Briceño has over 15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Silvia Juliana started their career in 2005 as a Regional Coordinator for data transmission and applications at Conexcel SA, where they provided commercial consulting, event supervision, and personnel training in the eastern region of Colombia.

In 2007, Silvia became a Telecommunications Consultant at Outsourcing Consultores, where they worked until 2008. Their responsibilities involved providing expert advice on telecommunications and managing client relationships.

From 2008 to 2009, Silvia served as the Operations Manager at IP Services, overseeing operational activities within the company.

In 2009, they joined IFX Networks as a Sales Account Manager. Silvia Juliana held this position until 2011, successfully managing client accounts and driving sales growth.

Following that, Silvia joined Avantel S.A.S. as a Corporate Consultant in April 2011. Silvia Juliana provided consultancy services to corporate clients for six months.

Since November 2011, Silvia has been working as a Senior Sales Account Manager at C&W Business. In this role, they focus on developing and managing key accounts to achieve sales targets.

Silvia Juliana Guerra Briceño completed their education at Universidad de La Sabana, where they obtained a degree as an "Especialista en Gerencia Comercial" in the year 2016. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in "Ingeniera de Telecomunicaciones" at Universidad Santo Tomás from 2000 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, they also acquired a certification as a "Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals" from Microsoft in July 2022.
