Andy Pilley

Andy Pilley, MRICS, is an experienced professional in commercial real estate finance and asset management. Currently serving as the CRE Finance Portfolio Manager at CWCapital since September 2024, Andy previously held the position of Senior Asset Manager at Commonwealth Commercial Partners, LLC, where management of real estate portfolios worth over $750M spanned 20 assets across the United States. Prior to this, a role as Asset Manager at London & Scottish Property Investment Management involved overseeing a £1B portfolio of office assets and leading a team of 20 professionals. Andy began as a Chartered Surveyor at Culverwell Property Consultants and Graham + Sibbald, achieving significant rental savings and revenue increases across various portfolios. Early career experience includes service as a Trooper and Vehicle Commander in the British Army. Andy holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Glasgow and a Master of Arts in History and American Studies from the University of Dundee.
