Michael Harn has extensive work experience in underwriting, credit and investment due diligence, acquisition and B-piece services. Michael served as a Senior Vice President at CWCapital since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Freddie Mac Multifamily, starting as an Associate - Senior Underwriter in October 2009 and progressing to roles such as Underwriting Manager and Underwriting Director. Michael joined Homestead Associates, LLC as a Property Manager in January 2009 before transitioning to their role at Freddie Mac Multifamily.
Michael Harn completed their education at the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 2003 to 2007 and earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree. Additionally, Harn obtained a certification in ARGUS Software Valuation DCF from ARGUS Software in March 2014.
