Stacey Bernal has diverse work experience in the financial and real estate industries. Stacey currently holds the position of Senior Vice President at CWCapital, a role they have held since 2022. Prior to this, they were Vice President of Asset Management at Columbia Property Trust from 2017 to 2022. Stacey also gained experience at CWCapital as a Senior Associate, where they served as an Asset Manager for distressed and non-performing loans and real estate owned (REO) from 2010 to 2017. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Acquisition Analyst at Guardian Realty Investors, LLC from 2006 to 2009, and as a Mortgage Management/Loan Specialist at NVR Mortgage, Inc. in 2005.
Stacey Bernal began their education at Penn State University in 2001 and graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. Stacey then enrolled at The George Washington University School of Business in 2008 and completed 16.5 credit hours towards an MBA before ending their studies in 2009.
