Kevin Fields

Kevin Fields is an experienced professional with a diverse background in retail management, workforce analysis, and customer service. Currently serving as the Team Lead for Portfolio Administrators at CWD Group, Inc. since February 2019, Kevin previously held various roles, including Workforce Analyst and Diamond and Jewelry Consultant at Blue Nile, where responsibilities included scheduling agents across international call centers and managing call center performance. Kevin has also worked in visual merchandising and inventory management at The Container Store, provided consultation services as a self-employed consultant, and held management roles at multiple retail establishments. Kevin holds a BA in Broadcast Journalism from Franklin College.
