Caroline Della siega has extensive experience in product development and brand management, currently serving as Responsable de pôle marques créateurs for CWF since December 2010, overseeing brands such as BILLIEBLUSH, MARC JACOBS, and SONIA RYKIEL. In this role, Caroline is responsible for the creation, development, and economic performance of the brands and collections. Previous positions include Chef de produit for Burberry, where strategic product development was a key focus, and retail buyer, analyzing commercial performance and selecting collections for the European retail network. Prior experience includes serving as Chef de produit International at Dorel Juvenile, managing an international portfolio for the Bébé Confort brand. Caroline holds two Master's degrees in International Business from the University of Gävle and Université d'Orléans.
