Andrea Prather

Andrea Prather, SPHR has over two decades of experience in human resources. Andrea started their career as a Human Resources Manager at Comcar Industries in November 1998 and worked there until April 2003. In April 2004, they joined W.S. Badcock Corporation as the Director of Human Resources. In this role, Andrea was responsible for providing practical HR solutions, including recruitment, retention, employee relations, performance management, compensation, training, and benefits administration. Andrea also played a crucial role in anticipating organizational needs and leading the change management process. Andrea has been with W.S. Badcock Corporation for over 18 years and is currently the Vice President of Human Resources. In November 2022, they will begin a new chapter in their career as the Vice President of Human Resources at CWI Logistics.

Andrea Prather, SPHR holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General, which they earned from Polk State College in 2013. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts degree with a specialization in Business from Polk State College in 2009. Andrea also holds a certification in SPHR from the HR Certification Institute.
