Diana McFail currently serves as Chief of Staff for both CWI Works and CWI Labs, enhancing organizational effectiveness and driving innovation in labor force solutions for older American workers. From May 2016 to July 2022, Diana held the position of President and CEO at NextFifty Initiative, leading a $260 million private foundation in philanthropy and strategic operations. Prior roles include Acting CEO and Chief Operating Officer at a $200 million conversion foundation, where Diana managed operational infrastructure, and Director of Operations & Donor Relations at Total Community Options Foundation, focusing on conversion activities and donor engagement. Diana's early career includes roles in office coordination and resource management, with a strong educational background featuring a Master's in Nonprofit Management from Regis University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Colorado Boulder.
