Celia Enyioko-Hanniford McIpr

Celia Enyioko-Hanniford MCIPR is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in employee engagement, rail communications, and internal communications across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Employee Engagement and Involvement at Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board since September 2024, Celia previously held leadership roles at Transport for Wales, including Head of Rail Communications and Head of Internal Communications, where responsibilities included coordinating messaging and enhancing employee engagement. Earlier experience includes managing internal communications at Anchor Hanover Group and alumni communications at City University London. Celia holds a BSc in Communication Studies from Nottingham Trent University and has received further education from the Chartered Management Institute.
