Dale Stolzenberg

Dale Stolzenberg is an experienced professional in transformation and communications, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Transformation and Programme Director at Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board since December 2022. In this role, Stolzenberg leads various transformation programmes, including the redevelopment of Maesteg Community Hospital and the regional Neurodevelopment Improvement Programme, with a focus on project management and stakeholder engagement. Prior to this, Stolzenberg held senior positions at General Dynamics Land Systems-UK, first as Head of Government Affairs & Communications and previously as External Affairs Manager, overseeing government relations, media, marketing, and internal communications. Early career experience includes roles as a Parliamentary Researcher for Huw Irranca-Davies MP and positions in political advisory and public affairs. Stolzenberg holds a Master's degree in Political Communication from Cardiff University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Politics from London South Bank University.
