Paul Chilcott is an experienced IT professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Lead Infrastructure Architect and Head of Server Management at Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board since March 2015, Paul has demonstrated expertise in infrastructure and server management. Prior to this role, Paul held positions including End User Computing Service Manager at Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council and Server Analyst at Logica and Capgemini. Paul began the career at Comet, where various roles were undertaken between September 1996 and August 2002. Paul holds a BSc in Computer Studies from the University of South Wales, earned between 2001 and 2004.

Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board is part of the NHS Wales family. Our Health Board provides primary, secondary and community health and wellbeing services to around 450,000 people living in three County Boroughs: Bridgend Merthyr Tydfil, and Rhondda Cynon Taf.
