Richard Hughes is the founder of Coaching to Lead Cymru since May 2023 and serves as the Deputy Executive Director of Nursing and Director of Nursing for the Unscheduled Care Group at Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board, a role held since February 2022. As a member of the Board of Trustees for Marmalade Trust since November 2022 and an NHS Nurse since October 2000, Richard Hughes brings extensive experience in healthcare leadership. Additionally, Richard is an Executive Leadership Coach at the NHS Leadership Academy until July 2024 and has previously held roles as Director of Nursing at North Middlesex University Hospital NHS Trust and Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust, overseeing critical care and planned care nursing services.
