Linda Chupik

Linda Chupik is an experienced project manager with a robust background in property management and regional oversight. Since March 2011, Linda has been with CWS Capital Partners, managing a staff of five and overseeing a 413-site manufactured community currently in development. Prior to this, Linda served as a regional manager at Heritage Financial Group Inc from 1998 to 2009, where oversight included 22 communities across four states: Illinois, Texas, Florida, and Indiana. Additional experience includes managing properties at Chateau Communities and serving as property manager and outdoor program director for the Bluebonnet Girl Scout Council, where responsibilities encompassed 11 properties. Linda's education includes attendance at Temple Junior College and graduation from Temple High School in Texas.
