Nathalie Brown

Nathalie Brown is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in clinical support and treatment, currently serving as the Director of Clinical Support and Treatment at Central West Specialized Developmental Services since September 2024. Prior experience includes roles as the Neuro Behavioural Clinical Manager at West Park Healthcare Centre from January 2021 to September 2024, and Supervisor of Rehab Therapists and Behaviour Therapist at University Health Network from October 2011 to January 2021, where Nathalie also supervised students from various Behaviour Sciences programs. Additional qualifications include serving as a member of the Board of Directors for the Hamilton Niagara Haldimand Brant Local Health Integration Network and various roles as a Behaviour Therapist and consultant. Nathalie's educational background includes a Master's degree in Professional Education with a focus on Applied Behaviour Analysis from Western University, along with further studies in Clinical Behaviour Studies and Psychology from McMaster and Brock Universities.
