Ela Buda-Koszowska

Ela Buda-Koszowska is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in managing events and teams. Currently serving as EMEA Operations Support Manager at CWT Meetings & Events since 2018, Ela has held various roles including EMEA Operations Manager and Global Team Lead for Apple. Prior roles at CWT Meetings & Events from 2014 to 2017 include Sourcing Specialist for Apple. Ela's career began at Grass Roots, where roles included Project Manager and Junior Project Manager from 2008 to 2015. Ela is currently pursuing a Senior Leader Apprenticeship at Henley Business School, building upon a BA in Tourism with Business from the University of Westminster.
