Izabela Hiller

Izabela Hiller began their work experience in 2009 as an Online Administration & Support Agent at Carlson Wagonlit Travel. Izabela then joined CWT in 2010 and held various positions, including Online Administration and Support Specialist, Deputy Section Manager of Client Solutions Team, Section Manager of Online Support & Maintenance Team, Operations Manager of Project Solutions Team, and Director of Online Implementations & Data Quality Standards (DQS). Currently, they are serving as the Director of Online Implementations, Data Quality Standards (DQS) & Digital RoomIt Integrations.

Izabela Hiller's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Organizational Leadership from Collegium Humanum, completed in 2023. Izabela also obtained a Coaching Skills Certificate from AoEC - The Academy of Executive Coaching in 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Certificate of Postgraduate Education in Project Management from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, completed between 2018 and 2019. In addition to their formal education, Izabela also holds several certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB), Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I), AIGPE Lean Specialist Certification, and various LinkedIn certifications related to project management, agile methodologies, and travel management.
