Earlier experience includes positions at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, a management trainee program in the UK, and an HR specialist role at Bank of China. Paul holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Northwood University and a Swiss Higher Diploma in International Hotel Management from Hotel Institute Montreux.
