Stephen Norrod

Stephen Norrod serves as the Director of Database Engineering and Operations at CWT, overseeing global enterprise engineering and security for various database platforms since June 2022. Prior to this role, Stephen held the position of Senior Manager for Database Engineering and Operations at United Airlines from September 2018 to June 2022, where responsibilities included SQL Server management, strategic planning, and incident management. Stephen's earlier experience includes senior IT management roles at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Integra Telecom Holdings, Dimensional Fund Advisors, Callaway Golf Interactive, and ProCard, Inc., where Stephen focused on database administration, infrastructure management, and technical leadership. Stephen holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Science from Denver Technical College.
