Sunil Kumar

Sunil Kumar is a seasoned professional in the travel and tourism industry with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Team Coach at CWT since October 2022, Sunil is focused on GDS Amadeus and managing corporate client queries related to itinerary requests and ticketing in the Indian market. Prior to this, Sunil held the position of Senior Executive at Coforge Smart Serve Limited, where responsibilities included issuing and reissuing tickets as well as handling customer communications for the UK market. Sunil also worked as a Team Leader at Province Infotech Pvt Ltd, overseeing team operations and addressing fare and ancillary service queries on multiple GDS platforms. Experiences at InterGlobe Technologies as both a Team Leader and Senior Process Associate involved ticketing and client communication across domestic and international markets. Sunil holds a B.Com degree and a Diploma in Airfare Travel and Ticketing from Bhidhan Chandra Vidyalaya.
